PharmaOn is a science-driven contract research laboratory designed to serving food and dietary supplement industries and academia. We combine our both comprehensive pharmaceutical and nutraceutical research experiences and expertise and provide integrated R&D and quality control analytical services for our customers. PharmaOn also partners with reputable animal research/clinical centers to design in vivo study/clinical trials for determining bioavailability and efficacy of healthy products.

Nutrients and Biomarkers in Biological Matrix

Pharmaceutical-grade methodologies and technologies bring PharmaOn into a leading position for the method development, validation, and analysis of nutrients and biomarkers in biological matrix (plasma, serum, urine, tissues, etc.). By utilizing state-of-the-art instrumentation, we are dedicated to developing more and more novel LC-MS/MS methods to meet industry and academic increasingly sophisticated needs. Our recent addition of Thermo LTQ Orbitrap XL hybrid FTMS (Fourier Transform Mass Spectrometer) with ETD further strengthens our leadership for biomarker and natural product identification, characterization, and quantitation in both academia and industries.

We develop and optimize LC-MS/MS analytical methods for nutrients, phytochemicals, antibiotics, drugs, and toxins in complicated matrices, such as functional foods, drink, and herbal health products, when reliable data could not obtained using traditional HPLC methods due to significant interferences from matrices and/or low sensitivity and time-consuming. PharmaOn is playing a leading role in the establishment of new industry standards.
